The Malta Trust Foundation has received a donation of 35 footballs which are suitable for children and young people with visual impairments.
The donation came from the Malta Football Association, in collaboration with GRiiiS (Global Research Institute for Inclusion, Innovation and Sport) and Football for Social Responsibility (FSR).
The Foundation explained that the footballs will be used within its ISPORT programme, introducing children and young people with visual impairments to football in a safe, inclusive, and engaging way.
The Malta Trust Foundation said that this initiative is a wonderful example of how collaboration can create opportunities for everyone to experience the joy of sport, regardless of ability. ”Together, we’re making football more accessible and ensuring that inclusion is always part of the game.”
