During the meeting of the Board of Directors of Malta International Airport held on the 29th of July 2010, the group’s interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2010 were approved.

The Directors have also approved a net interim dividend of €0.03 per share (gross: €0.04615), equivalent to €4,059,000 for payment on all shares settled as at close of business on 9th August 2010 and payable on 15th September 2010.
