Vodafone Malta recently held the first Bandwidth event on the Island which saw around 200 people from various business sectors participating. Participants included people from consulting law firms, recruitment agencies, financial services organization, remote gaming operators, call centers, the ICT sector and multinational manufacturing entities. The main focus of the event was to provide a broader view of the requirements that foreign investors ask for prior to setting up their operations in Malta.

Albert Zerafa, Gateway Business Manager, Vodafone Malta explained how Vodafone invested significantly in an international network, linking its local operations with mainland Europe. Moreover, through partnerships with leading Tier 1 international carriers Vodafone Malta provides worldwide connectivity to its customers.

Mr Zerafa’s key message was about Vodafone Malta’s commitment to provide its customers with a value added service by focusing on availability, commitment, quality of service, resilience, scalability, operation and maintenance and above all its people.

Marco Mongardi, EMEA Service Manager, Cable and Wireless Worldwide looked at the foundations of the future to enable business growth and the opportunities in a connected World through global reliability.
