The Gozo SPCA has said that it requires the assistance of someone who is qualified and experienced in environmental and planning matters to help prepare an Alternative Site assessment Report as part of our application for a site for a new centre. The Gozo SPCA said is is willing to pay someone for their time.

The report needs to be in English only, and can be compiled by non-Maltese citizens, but needs to be someone familar with Gozo. If anybody thinks that they could help, please contact the Gozo SPCA on info@spca-gozo.org with details of their qualifications/experience, and they will provide the Terms of Reference for the report.

The person who prepares the report will need to be approved by MEPA prior to the commencement of the study.
