All-Property Price Index down 3.5% in first quarter of 2010A report released from the National Statistics Office shows that in the first quarter this year, the All-Property Price Index stood at 152.08, a decline of 3.5 per cent compared to the corresponding period last year.

This primarily reflected a decline of 2.0 per cent in the apartments index, compared to the corresponding quarter last year. The maisonettes index went down by 9.8 per cent.

The All-Transactions Volume Index showed that the number of transactions in the first quarter of 2011 increased by 7.1 per cent when compared to the corresponding period last year.
