Melita has said that ITV Granada is experiencing technical problems with their satellite transmission.The Melita technical team is working with them to resolve this as quickly as possible however Melita said, it does not yet have assurances from the channel that transmission will resume in the next hours.
Melita said it apologises for the inconvenience caused. As we receive further updates we will inform our clients via our website www.melita.com or on our Facebook page.
Thank you Melita, perhaps Go will read this and also issue an apology. Go didnt know when the service would be resumed and were most unhelpfull. Its a pity I dont use Facebook, but perhaps I should start checking the Melita web site when there is a problem. Because Go’s web site didnt say a thing.
