As part of the European Week for Waste Reduction activities taking place in November, Xaghra Local Council is launching a competition among the village residents to promote the best environmental initiative.

Xaghra residents who are interested in participating must enclose their proposal in a sealed envelope for the attention of The Executive Secretary, Xaghra Local Council, 8th September Avenue, Xaghra. Enteries are to be in by not later than Friday, the 28th of October.

A prize will be awarded for the best entry.
