Meet Jet and Jude, they are the brothers of Jasmine and Jade who happily were both rehomed last week.

The puppies are now 12 weeks old and are at the Gozo SPCA Rehoming Centre in Victoria. “Both are very sweet and friendly and still quite small. Jet is slightly darker than Jude, otherwise they are very similar,” the Gozo SPCA spokesperson said.

Their parents are both small. the mother being a chihuahua (tal-but) X and the father only slightly bigger. The parents live at the Pitkalija at Xewkija, where the workers feed them.

As the Centre was full at the time they were born, a kind employee took the mother and puppies home to care for them. Now they are at the Centre and ready for that ‘forever’ home. The Gozo SPCA spokeperson said that these puppies are ideal for somebody seeking a small breed pet.

The Gozo SPCA will now be neutering the parents, the puppies will also be neutered before homing.
