The Electoral Commission notifies those persons who shall be abroad on polling day, Saturday, 10th March, 2012, that they may make a declaration on oath before the Electoral Commissioners so that they may cast their vote on Saturday, 3rd March, 2012.

This declaration on oath will be made at the Office of the Electoral Commission, Evans Building, St. Elmo Square, Valletta, or at the Identity Cards Office, St. Francis Square, Rabat, Gozo, from Monday, 13 February, by not later than noon of Friday, 2nd March, 2012, according to the hours indicated below:

Monday to Friday: from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 2.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.

Saturdays and Sundays: from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

Friday, 2nd March, 2012, last day: from 8.00 a.m. to noon.

When the person calls to make the sworn declaration it is important that he/she brings his/her identity card, and that on the day of advanced voting (03/03/2012) he/she must be in possession of the voting document as, without it, no one shall be allowed to vote.
