Air Malta issued a statement this evening in which it refers to the letter, ‘What has happened to Air Malta’s service?’ by Ms Lesley Kreupl (21st January).
“We express our sincere regret for any inconvenience caused to Ms Kreupl.”
“Air Malta has always sought to maintain the highest level of customer service and upon notification we immediately rectified the issue.”
“Our winter 2013/14 flight schedule to and from Munich is now available for bookings through all our reservation channels,” the statement concluded.
Yours sincerely,
Stephen Gauci, Head PR & External Communications.

I would like to say that for me Air Malta is one of the best airlines I have travelled on.
I arrived back here on Monday KL101 (landed 15.48, slight delay) and the service was superb, the cabin staff superb, thank you.
@Mr. Gauci,
Thank you for your reply to my letter. I am just a little bit sad that a company like Air Malta does not pick up mistakes like this itself.
As far as ground and cabin service goes, I have never had cause to complain.
