The Gozo University Group kept up the Gozitan spirit on the last day this Friday with the continuation and closing of Gozo Week. Music band Novel played again during the morning while students and staff mingled nearby, pausing to take a look at the exhibitions.

Among the last visitors to the stands was Dr Chris Said, who took the time to speak with GUG and encourage the organisation’s work.

GUG said that “as midday drew closer, those present on campus were treated to a surprise flashmob prepared by Gozitan students. This final performance finished off the events with flair and completed the whole dynamic of the now renowned Gozo Week.”

With the help of various sponsors and collaborators, GUG said that it “was proud to have pulled off another project with dedication and success.”
