On Saturday the Police arraigned under arrest in the Gozo Court, 52-year-old Patricio Rayon Rodriguez and 43-year-old Romauldo Antonio Maldonado, both Spanish.

They were accused for having on the 4th of May 2013 at Ramla Bay Xaghra, at about 5.00pm, committed a crime against decency or morals, by any acts committed in a public place.

Duty Magistrate Dr. Paul Coppin heard the accused plead guilty for the charges brought against them and were conditionally discharged for a year.

Prosecution in this case was led by Inspector Frank Tabone.
