The Minister for Gozo, Dr Anton Refalo, recently inaugurated a freshly surfaced playground at Gozo College Nadur Primary school.

This playground has now been completely covered with safety mats, a project which was possible thanks to funding from the Ministry for Gozo and eco-Gozo.

During a short ceremony, the Kindergarten classes entertained the guests with some action songs, the Year 4 class gave a traditional Maltese dance and the Year 6 classes played the recorder.

Through this initiative the school children and also the local community can now use this space safely for recreational use and also for sports activities.
