The Gozo Philatelic Society has said that due to various technical problems, the previously announced series of personalised stamps showing all Malta’s Prime Ministers (since 1921 Self-Government) actually only began appearing on the 5th of August.

Subscriptions for the specially designed (Anthony Grech) stamped covers or mint stamps have therefore been kept open for a limited period.

These 14 covers on the occasion of the four national anniversaries related to Malta’s constitutional development occuring during 2014 – the 50th of Independence (1964), 40th of the Republic (1974), 35th of Freedom Day (1979) and 10th of EU accession (2004) – will continue on the first Monday of each month.
