A ‘Winter Light,’ is an exhibition of designs and sculptures by Chis Ebejer. A title inspired from light as a source of hope in the dark, short days of winter; An allegory of the birth of Christ coming as a new light onto this world, instilling hope in the darkness. Hence this is a sacred art exhibition focused on the Nativity topic set in the relative festive season.

Rather than focusing on one style, Ebejer gives a taste of diversity reflective of his dynamic style, using and combining several materials and ideas.

The nature of his eclectic artwork is amply demonstrated in this exhibition, in the variety of styles and the range of materials used by this artist.

This collection includes sculptures in terracotta, bronze, ceramics, and a number of sketches.

The exhibition is being organised by the Gozo Cultural Centre within the Ministry for Gozo at the historic building of Banca Giuratale, Independence Square Victoria Gozo
