The annual Carols Service, organised by the Legion of Mary – Gozo, was held recently at the Parish Church of San Lawrenz for the English speaking community on the island.

The Parish Choir of San Lawrenz along with children from the village particpated in the Service, which included scenes from the nativity.

At the beginning of the service the parish priest Fr Ignatius Borg welcomed all those present and Mons Ruzar Borg then led the community in prayer, he also participated in the prayers led by the Anglican community representative in Gozo.

There were Bible readings during the evening and the service was animated by the Chorus Levita Laurentius.
