      “regrets any inconvenience caused”
The reliability of the electricity supply is a disgrace, time after time we have these disruptions in the service, in 2014 its just not good enough,
Its like a third world country at times here, in the last week we had several disruptions with the Internet service as well, and they regretted any inconvenience caused as well
How much business and money is lost by company’s with these disruptions ?
      whole is answerable ?
No one it seems all we get is ” we regret any inconvenience caused ”
What about compensation and refunds then i will believe it when you say
“we regret any inconvenience caused ”
