With summer in full swing, it must mean that it is getting near the time for the Gozo CCU Foundation’s ‘Summer Sizzler BBQ.’ The Foundation said that this year, as always, they have organised a great BBQ that everyone will enjoy.

It will be taking place on Saturday, the 23rd of August, around the lovely setting of the pool of the Cornucopia Hotel in Xaghra.

The BBQ, which will include a suckling pig, free flowing house wine and water, gets underway at 7.00pm. Entertainment during the evening is by the Spectrum Band.

This will be a fun evening and a great chance to enjoy the last part of the summer outside in pleasant surroundings, with good company and you will also be helping the Gozo CCU Foundation to purchase life saving equipment.

The Gozo CCU Foundation’s current campaign is to raise funds to purchase 2 new Ventilators for the Gozo CCU/ITU Ward. “Who knows when we may need the equipment for us or family members or friends.”

The Gozo CCU Foundation warmly invites everyone to attend this ‘Summer Sizzler’ night, Dress is casual.
