The Minister for Gozo Anton Refalo, has this morning received a courtesy visit from Jose Pons, the new Ambassador of Spain.
During their meeting they referred to the excellent relations that have always existed between Malta and Spain and discussed numerous issues of mutual interest, mutual collaboration, an exchange of high level visits and co-operation at various levels.
The Minister and the Ambassador spoke about the uniqueness of Gozo with its particular traditions and culture. Characteristics that all help Gozo to attract quality tourism such as diving holidays, opera tourists and culture tourism.
