The Police arraigned 3 foreigners in the Gozo Court today, before Magistrate Dr P. Coppini LLD.

• A 25-year-old man was accused of being in possession of cocaine and ecstasy. He pleaded guilty as charged and was sentenced to one year conditional discharge.

• A 28-year-old man was accused of trafficking and being in possession of ecstasy, the drug was found under circumstances which show that it was not for the man’s personal use, the Police said.

• The other person, a 20-year-old man was charged of trafficking ecstasy and for being in possession of cannabis plant and ecstasy.

The 28-year old and the 20-year old pleaded not guilty as charged and were remanded in custody.
