Air Malta flight to Manchester turns back with suspected cracked window

Update: Air Malta flight KM146 from Malta – Manchester this afternoon returned back to Malta as a precautionary measure due to a suspected cracked window. The flight landed back in Malta normally, the airline said.
Air Malta said that after inspection the aircraft was declared as serviceable since no cracks were found. Above normal water condensation which accumulated between the window panes, caused this alert.
The aircraft will be operating KM146.
Air Malta said it gave utmost importance to the safety and well-being of its clients and crew and apologised to its clients for any inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its control.
