The MUT said that it has today appealed to the Prime Minister and the Leader of the Opposition and their respective parties, saying that they would like them to make “a much needed leap forward, and be more mature in the way politics are conducted in this country, especially after many years as part of the European Union.

The Union stated that it is “very concerned about the present political scene in our country, especially in relation to the increasing antagonism which is having serious ripple effects on children and their education.”
