The Minister for Gozo Dr Anton Refalo welcomed Karl Curmi and his twin sister Krista on a visit to the Ministry. 10-year old Karl is a student at the Gozo College Victoria Primary School (The Happy School).

Karl, had a few days ago saved a young baby from drowning in the sea at Il-Menqa, Marsalforn.

The Minister said that Karl had carried out a brave and noble act, and in recognition of this presented him with a token of thanks.
