A Penitential procession is taking place next Friday, the 4th of March, through the main streets of Xewkija, with the statue of Christ the Reedemer known as Ir-Redentur.
The statue is the work of Alfred Camilleri Cauchi. The procession, organised by Xewkija Parish starts at 6.00pm.
