A CD celebrating the 120th anniversary of the birth of composer Vicenzo Caruana Spiteri, has been presented to the Minister for Gozo Dr Anton Refalo.

This presentation was made by Fr.Michael Curmi, Archpriest of the Parish of St Margaret, Sannat, together with Maestro di Cappella of the parish Joseph Debrincat.Vicenzo Caruana Spiteri lived in Sannat between 1921-1932, when he was the director of the village's primary school. During his time living in the village he wrote a number of musical compositions.

Copies of the CD are available to purchase from the Sannat Parish Office.
