Celebrations have been taking place in parishes across Gozo to welcome the Risen Christ this Easter Sunday.
One such celebration was in Victoria this morning, when a parade with the statue of the Risen Christ left from the Gozo Cathedral.
The statue was accompanied by the Leone Band on the march round Savina and Independence Squares, eventually returning within the Citadel walls.
