One of Malta’s post popular singers Ira Losco and much-loved band Chasing Pandora will take to the stage at the Teatru Astra in Gozo this Saturday, the 6th of December, to perform in the first unplugged theatrical concert on the island, featuring own songs and favourite covers.

Chasing Pandora kicks off first with an hour-long acoustic set with Keith playing guitar, banjo and harmonica and Melissa on vocals, later joined by the band and special guests. Along with many of their own songs, from their ground-breaking album “Mocking The Mockingbird” and their new EP “Wide Eyed Beautiful,” featuring their new single by the same name, Chasing Pandora will perform cover versions of some of their favourite artists.

For the second hour, Ira Losco will be playing her acoustic repertoire which includes most of her hits, a few carefully selected covers and also adaptations of her most recent work from her latest album “Fortune Teller”. The album boasts four number 1 singles, namely, ‘Something to Talk About’, ‘Idle Motion’ which is the reflection of the dark soul which lurks beneath, the pumping ‘Down Look Down’ and ‘Shoulders of Giants’ that gives life to Ira’s acoustic fragile sounds who writes about the broken youth of today. Her performance on the evening will be recreating the magical atmosphere reminiscent of her Unplugged Concert held last March.

Tickets for the two-hour concert are available at €15.00 from various outlets in Malta and Gozo, and online from www.biljetti.com. Ticket information is available on 99550058. The concert starts at 9.00pm.
