Marthese Portelli has taken the second seat in Gozo for the Nationalist Party and has been elected to Parliament on count 15 with 4,792 votes, her first count votes were 2,622.
Ms Portelli was the Shadow Minister for Energy, Environment and Transport under Simon Busuttil.
