The World – the largest private residential ship at 644 feet, called in to Gozo today. The World is home to 165 residences all owned by the ship’s residents, with an average of 150-200 residents and guests and a crew of 280.
The ship has visited Gozo on previous occasions for a day stop-over. Today’s visit meant that the passengers had the opportunity for a tour around the island.
Since its launch in 2002, The World has continuously circumnavigated the globe, for which every resident has a voice in creating each year’s itinerary.
The residents are from about 45 different countries, and live on board as the ship travels, staying in most ports several days.

What is the name of the ship? I never heard that there is such a private ship with permanent residents. Very interesting.
Sorry I didn’t register its name ‘The World’ as per the article. Now that I re-read it seems as a Mandela Effect.
