Former Minister for Gozo Dr Justyne Caruana has been appointed as Chair of the new Parliamentary Standing Committee on Gozo. The motion in Parliament was approved unanimously.

The Members of the Committee are; Gozo Minister Clint Camilleri, Minister Anton Refalo, for the Opposition there is Chris Said and Kevin Cutajar, with Frederic Azzopardi as a substitute member.

Dr Caruana commenting on her appointment said, “I look forward to this new role and we are already discussing to have our first meeting next week.”
