1 new Covid-19 case has been detected in the past 24-hours, with, for the second day running, no patients reported as recovered, meaning that there are now 25 cases currently active.

The health authorities gave the update on social media, also saying that only 507 swabs had been taken. No information has been given as to the nature of the new cases.

596 patients have recovered and there have been 9 deaths. The total number of swab tests taken so far is 75,881.

The first case of Covid-19 detected and recorded in Malta and Gozo, was on the 7th of March.
