Group of 16 in Gozo receive accreditation in Safeguarding of Minors

Another group of 16 members in Gozo have just received a Vocational Education and Training Award in Safeguarding of Minors after successfully completing an intensive course.
This is the first course of its kind to be accredited by the National Commission for Further and Higher Education of Malta in collaboration with the Institute for Pastoral Ministry.
The participants were presented with their certificates by Bishop Mario Grech, who also presided over a Thanksgiving Mass held outside at Ta’ Pinu.
Safeguarding of Minors – Gozo, said that “their commitment to the prevention of child abuse for the sake of the overall wellbeing of our future generations is highly appreciated.”
