Brandon Sultana of Gozo CC came second to finish up as the Under 23 National Runner-up, doing his eight laps for a distance of 23km in a time of 29:37.92.

This year, due to the problems created by the Covid-19 Pandemic and to protect the health of cyclists and members, this championship was held over one race instead of the usual three, so that the national champions could emerge.
Following the race, Gozitan Joe Bajada, Secretary-General of the Malta Cycling Federation, presented the medals.
