A 91-year old woman has died while being positive with Covid-19, she is the 32nd person to die with the virus.
The Ministry for Health in a statement early on Monday, said that the woman tested positive for Covid-19 on the 10th of September and was admitted to Mater Dei Hospital on the 22nd of September, where she died yesterday.
The Ministry said that the woman “had underlying other health conditions.”
The Health Ministry, while offering its condolences to the patient’s family, reiterated its appeal for the public to continue to follow the public health guidelines, including frequent hand washing, social distancing and wearing a mask.
