During November there will be four blood donation sessions taking place in Gozo organised by the National Blood Transfusion Service.

The Service is calling on Gozitans to please take the time to make a donation on one of the dates shown below and reminds the public that giving blood is an essential service “that cannot be neglected.”

Donations can be made at the Blood Donation Centre in Xewkija, located in Triq tall- Hamrija, between the Primary School and the Bocci Club.

Tuesdays – last registration 5:00pm

3rd November from 1:00pm-5:00pm

17th November from 1:00pm-5:00pm.

Sundays – last registration 1:00pm

8th November from 8:00am to 1:00pm

22nd November from 8:00am to 1:00pm

The Service reminds everyone that it is important to always take your Identity Card, Driving License or Maltese Passport and to drink plenty of water beforehand.
