Three patients die with Covid-19, 206 lives now lost to the virus

The Health Ministry has now provided details of the three patients that have died while being positive with Covid-19, with the number of lives lost to the virus now at 206.
The first person was an 81-year old woman, who tested positive for Covid-19 on the 5th of December and passed away on Thursday at Mater Dei Hospital.
The second person was an 80-year old man who was confirmed positive for the virus 10th of December and also passed away on Thursday at the Mater Dei Hospital.
The third was a 74-year old man who tested positive for the virus on the 10th of December and passed away earlier today at Mater Dei Hospital.
The Ministry of Health, while offering its condolences to the relatives of the families, called on the public to continue to follow the preventive measures “so that we can protect the most vulnerable in our society” – This includes wearing of masks, social distancing and hand hygiene.
