Two men were seriously injured during an argument in Triq il-Port, Zebbug, Gozo, early on Saturday morning.
Police said that that the argument between the two men, aged 35 and 40, both from Somalia, happened at around midnight and allegedly involved the use of a glass bottle and a sharp object.
A medical team provided first aid at the scene, from where they were then transferred to the Gozo General Hospital.
Police investigations are ongoing.

There does seem to be a problem with Somalians in Zebbug. This is not the first incident.
