A 37-year-old man was arraigned in the Gozo Court today accused of stealing a quantity of construction tools and tyres in October last year.
Police said that the theft of goods, valued at thousands of euro, took place in Triq iz-Zebbug, Ghasri.
The accused pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against him and was released on bail.
The prosecution in this case was led by Inspector Josef Gauci.
