59 new Covid-19 cases were found overnight, with 45 recoveries. The authorities said that a 71-year old man has passed away while Covid-19 positive.

10 Covid patients are currently being treated at Mater Dei Hospital, including 2 in ITU.

There have been 463 deaths since the start of the pandemic. The number of active cases in Malta and Gozo is up to 756.

Health Authorities said that the number of vaccines administered up until yesterday is 924,089 of which 90,524 are booster doses.
