Minister for Gozo Clint Camilleri has visited Triq it-Torri ta ‘Kenuna in Nadur, which was completed a few weeks ago after it was completely rebuilt, and a new belvedere built providing a panoramic view of the Maltese Islands.

Minister Camilleri said that, “while the road was being built, the underlying retaining wall was built, new water services have been provided including a culvert for electricity services, new pavements were constructed. New tiles were installed and the pavement continued up from the Belvedere to the Sopu Tower. In addition, new lighting bollards have been installed, as well as a new lighting system and benches.”

The work was funded by the Ministry for Gozo in collaboration with the Nadur Local Council. Nadur Mayor Edward Said and local councillors were present for the visit and thanked the Minister for the work being carried out within the locality.

Minister for Gozo Clint Camilleri concluded by saying that this year more promises of better roads will continue to be fulfilled throughout all the villages of Gozo.
