San Lawrenz Mayor Noel Formosa, together with San Lawrenz Spurs F.C. club secretary Patrick Cassar, recently presented the sum of €900 to “Dar il-Kantuniera.”
This residential home, which is located in Gharb, offers mental health services lead by The Malta Trust Foundation in conjunction with the Gozo Mental Health Association.
The Mayor explained that this sum was collected as part of the San Lawrenz Run organised by St Lawrence Spurs F.C. and San Lawrenz Local Council. This run was also supported by Athletix A.C- Gozo.
“It is a great satisfaction for us to see runners taking part for such a cause and wonderful careers such as those working at Dar il-Kantuniera,” the organisers said.
