Repubblika has earlier today sent a letter to the Commissioner for the Environment and Planning asking for a thorough investigation of the Planning Authority’s approval for Joseph Portelli’s Xaghra Pool on ODZ land.

The letter asks for a “thorough investigation of the entire process, all of the decisions, and everything related to the permit approved by the Planning Authority regarding application PA/7509/21 (To construct pool and surrounding rubble wall and landscaping with apartment block approved in PA9803/18).
