There were 23 new Covid-19 cases recorded on the Public Health Response Team official open source database in the last 24-hours.
No new deaths were registered. The total number from the start of the pandemic is 821.
Active cases in Malta and Gozo now stands at 409. This brings the number of cases in the Maltese Islands since the start to 116,678.
There were 357 tests taken over the last 24 hours resulting in a positivity rate of 6.44%.
The Health Department said that tests carried out at home are not included in the figures.
