Update 2: The final Local Council election results are in for five of the localities in Gozo, namely Ghajnsielem, Nadur, Fontana, Xewkija and Ghasri, with PN wins for three of the Councils.

The counting process continues on Thursday for, Victoria, Xaghra, Gharb and Sannat and will finish on Friday for the last of the Gozo Councils, namely Munxar, Qala, Zebbug, San Lawrenz and Kercem.

Results are as follows for Gozo:

Xewkija: PL 1,403 votes (69.49%), PN 616 votes (30.51%)
