Please give the gift of life to someone this Christmas season and you can do that by making a much needed blood donation

The National Blood Transfusion Service said that each blood donation can help save three lives.

The Service continues to encourage Gozitans to please keep attending donation sessions to help the patients in need get the necessary blood in a timely manner.

The next session in Gozo will be, Tuesday, the 12th of December from 1pm until 5pm, at the Xewkija Clinic.

“Your cooperation and generosity are greatly appreciated as always,” the Service said.

The centre is located at the Xewkija Clinic, in Triq tall- Hamrija, between the Primary School and the Bocci Club.

Important notes from the National Blood Transfusion Service

• Bring your Maltese ID Card, driving licence or passport.

• Drink some water before your donation .

• Wear loose fitting clothes/sleeves.

• The face mask is still mandatory.
