Shadow Minister for Gozo Alex Borg, writing on social media said that, “following the news that Clayton Bartolo had resigned, one naturally wonders how Gozo and Planning Minister Clint Camilleri has not done the same.”

He noted that “the Standards Commissioner’s conclusions were clear and apply to both Ministers, not just for one.”

Borg went on to say that “the people are clearly demonstrating that the rules apply for everyone. After all, the seat is lent to us by the people.”
