Housing market activity in Gozo down again in November

Housing market activity in Gozo was down in November, once again registering the second lowest number of final deeds of sale out of all the districts, the National Statistics Office said today.
Data released today show that 117 final deeds of sale on residential property were registered in Gozo during November, this was down by 17 on October, and by 11 on November 2023.
In the cluster of localities made up of Fontana, Gharb, Ghasri, Kercem, Munxar, Victoria, San Lawrenz, Sannat and Zebbug, there were 58 final deeds of sale, this was up by 2 on October, but down by 18 on November 2023.
While in the cluster of localities of Ghajnsielem and Comino, Nadur, Qala, Xaghra and Xewkija there were 59, this was down by 19 on October and up by 7 on November 2023.
Promise of sale agreements in the Gozo and Comino District were also once again the second lowest out of all districts at 122, down by 29 agreements on October, and by 14 on November 2023.
In the cluster of localities made up of Fontana, Gharb, Ghasri, Kercem, Munxar, Victoria, San Lawrenz, Sannat and Zebbug, the promise of sale agreements totalled 68, up by 4 from October, and down by 1 on the same month in 2023.
While in the cluster of localities of Ghajnsielem and Comino, Nadur, Qala, Xaghra and Xewkija, the figure was 54, down by 33 on October, and by 13 on November 2023.
