Gozo Channel has announced that due to the MV Ta’ Pinu being off-service at Malta Shipyards as of Saturday, the 2nd of January 2010, all normal scheduled ferry service will be performed by the MV Malita and MV Gaudos.

The company said that as in the past, in order to reduce inconvenience and waiting time due to the reduced carrying capacity, at peaks times the MV Malita will utilise both hanging car-decks having a clear deck height of 2.5m to increase its carrying capacity.

These arrangements will be in effect until further notice. Gozo Channel apologised for any inconvenience.
