The Regional Committee of the Nationalist Party in Gozo has expressed its gratitude to Bernard Grech for his dedicated work within the PN.

The Regional Committee, in a statement on Saturday, said that it takes this opportunity to “remind Gozitan Nationalists of Bernard Grech’s consistent and regular commitment and presence in Gozo, where almost every month he made time to visit the island, meeting with families, small and large businesses, industries, and Gozitan farmers to discuss their work and the challenges they face.”

The Committee pointed out that “this commitment translated into a truly positive result in the June 2024 European Parliament and Local Council elections, where in Gozo the PN once again secured an absolute majority and won back the Zebbug Local Council while also increasing its number of councillors across several Gozitan localities.”

The PN Gozo Regional Committee added that it is confident that Bernard Grech will continue to contribute actively within the structures of the PN, and above all, that “he will remain loyal to the values and principles that shape the Nationalist Party – values that Bernard Grech upheld, believed in, and lived by every day.

“Thank you for everything, Bernard Grech, and thank you for all you have done for Gozo and the Gozitans during your time as Leader of the Nationalist Party.”
