Health Minister Jo Etienne Abela has announced the arrival last week of three new ambulances for use at the Gozo General Hospital.
In addition to the additional ambulances, the Minister said that as from today the hospital will be providing a blood collection (phlebotomy) service from an extra clinic.
The Health Minister said that the clinic “has been expanded and fully completed by our dedicated staff, within a week. On behalf of Gozitan patients, I say – thank you and congratulations.”

Great improvements are being done at the Gozo General Hospital. Gozitan Patients greatly lacked these machineries & service. So well done. We Gozitans do appreciate these additional services.
